Roles and Responsibilities: good communication skills, basic knowledge of computers
Skill & Job Requirements: Knowledge of computer hardware, network, operating systems, software, and protocols and Internet services Minimum Score of 45% score in Technical Competency. Ability to use the phone system Customer Service Skills Knowledge of Products and Processes Ability to analyze and solve technical problems. Minimum Score of 60% In Problem Soving and Anlytical Skill. Excellent spoken and written communication skills Should have a Minimum Voice Profiler score of 55%. Reasonably good Key boarding Skills

Skills: DSL and Dial Up service capabilities Log Customer calls Provide first level technical support on DSL and broadband connectivity issues Use troubleshooting techniques to identify products that are defective Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings ,current products and technologies Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed
