Job Description
o Kind and professional call handling
o Defined hotline function
o Ticket Ownership
o Incident Identification and Categorization
o Tool supported ticket handling
o First ticket clearing
o First exactly defined repair steps
o Fault fixing based on solutions or Workarounds
o Escalation of tickets to the corresponding level
o Exactly defined move, add, Changes execution
o escalation to appropriate Global Service Centers
o SLA supervision and reporting on GSI portal
o User assistance where appropriate
o dispatch of local Field Service Engineers
Desired Profile
Required Skills/Knowledge/Qualification/Experience:
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Good oral and written communication skills in German Language
3. Basic working knowledge of computers
4. Excellent Soft skills/Customer handling skills
5. 0-2 years of Contact Center Experience
6. Alertness and decision making abilities
Desirable/Preferable:
1. ITIL foundation certification preferable
2. Exposure to Work Flow tools ... eg. Remedy/PeopleSoft
Must possess good oral and written communication skills in German Language
